General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the formadent.fr website, operated by Maxime Guche, a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS of Boulogne-sur-Mer under SIREN number 917 988 289.
1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of digital training courses and physical products (kits, rhinestones, glues, lamps, etc.) offered by Formadent, exclusively in B2C (sales to private individuals).
2 – Products on offer
Training courses are delivered 100% online, via a secure platform, with videos, PDFs and end-of-training certificates.
Physical products (training kits, beauty accessories) are sold individually, without subscription.
Product descriptions specify the essential characteristics in accordance with article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code.
3 – Access to training courses
Access to training is granted immediately after payment via a private customer area (account required).
Access is unlimited in time, except in the event of non-compliance with the GTC.
The training completion certificate is issued once the final MCQ has been completed.
4 – Prices and payments
Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.
Formadent accepts the following methods of payment:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
PayPal (payment in 1x or 4x)
Klarna (deferred payment or 3x)
Payments are secure. Invoices are generated automatically and available in the customer area.
5 – Product delivery
Physical products are delivered within 5 working days in mainland France.
Logistics are handled by a subcontracting partner.
Formadent is not responsible for delays due to the carrier.
No shipment outside France is currently offered.
6 – Right of withdrawal and refund
No refunds are possible on digital training courses, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (immediate access to digital content not supplied on a physical medium).
For physical products, the right of withdrawal applies for 14 days after receipt, unless the products have been opened or used (e.g. glue, tips, rhinestones).
7 – Intellectual property
All training content is the exclusive property of Formadent (Maxime Guche).
Any reproduction, distribution or resale is strictly forbidden, under penalty of prosecution.
8 – Using the content
The educational content is reserved for strictly personal use.
Any attempt to resell, publicly share or commercially exploit the content, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden.
9 – Customer testimonials and reviews
Formadent reserves the right to reuse any customer testimonial or opinion, published or voluntarily transmitted, for communication or marketing purposes, in compliance with image and privacy rights.
10 – Liability
Formadent does not guarantee any quantified results or commercial success.
Training courses do not replace a diploma or a medical procedure.
The user is solely responsible for the use of the knowledge acquired.
11 – Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the RGPD.

12 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Boulogne-sur-Mer.
