{"id":1538,"date":"2025-05-20T09:17:41","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T07:17:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/formadent.fr\/general-terms-and-conditions\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T15:21:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T13:21:50","slug":"general-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/formadent.fr\/en\/general-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"General terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"1538\" class=\"elementor elementor-1538 elementor-342\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-477b10b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"477b10b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b823b14 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b823b14\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">General terms and conditions\n<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f400b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f400b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\" data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"670\"><em>Last update: May 2025<\/em><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"670\"><br data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"425\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the <strong data-start=\"524\" data-end=\"540\">formadent.fr<\/strong> website, operated by Maxime Guche, a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS of Boulogne-sur-Mer under SIREN number <strong data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"669\">917 988 289<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"691\">1 &#8211; Purpose<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"903\">These terms and conditions govern the sale of <strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"759\">digital training courses<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"788\">physical products<\/strong> (kits, rhinestones, glues, lamps, etc.) offered by Formadent, exclusively in <strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"902\">B2C (sales to private individuals)<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"936\">2 &#8211; Products on offer<\/h2><ul data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1327\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1081\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1081\"><strong data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"957\">Training courses<\/strong> are delivered 100% online, via a secure platform, with videos, PDFs and end-of-training certificates.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1327\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1327\"><strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1110\">Physical products<\/strong> (training kits, beauty accessories) are sold individually, without subscription.<br data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1198\">Product descriptions specify the essential characteristics in accordance with article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1363\">3 &#8211; Access to training courses<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1639\">Access to training is granted <strong data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1434\">immediately after payment<\/strong> via a private customer area (account required).<br data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1486\">Access is <strong data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1524\">unlimited in time<\/strong>, except in the event of non-compliance with the GTC.<br data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1561\">The training completion certificate is issued once the final MCQ has been completed.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1672\">4 &#8211; Prices and payments<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1767\">Prices are quoted <strong data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1712\">in euros and include VAT<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1716\">Formadent accepts the following methods of payment:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1869\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1803\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1770\" data-end=\"1803\">Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1835\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1835\">PayPal (payment in 1x or 4x)<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1869\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1869\">Klarna (deferred payment or 3x)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1984\">Payments are <strong data-start=\"1890\" data-end=\"1903\">secure<\/strong>. Invoices are generated automatically and available in the customer area. <\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2022\">5 &#8211; Product delivery<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2298\">Physical products are delivered within <strong data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2081\">5 working days<\/strong> in mainland France.<br data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2110\">Logistics are handled by a subcontracting partner.<br data-start=\"2168\" data-end=\"2171\">Formadent is not responsible for delays due to the carrier.<br data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2238\">No shipment outside France is currently offered.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2305\" data-end=\"2352\">6 &#8211; Right of withdrawal and refund<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2741\"><strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2391\">No refunds are possible<\/strong> on digital training courses, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (immediate access to digital content not supplied on a physical medium).<br data-start=\"2556\" data-end=\"2559\">For physical products, the right of withdrawal applies for <strong data-start=\"2632\" data-end=\"2644\">14 days<\/strong> after receipt, unless the products have been opened or used (e.g. glue, tips, rhinestones).<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2781\">7 &#8211; Intellectual property<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2981\">All training content is the exclusive property of Formadent (Maxime Guche).<br data-start=\"2885\" data-end=\"2888\">Any reproduction, distribution or resale is strictly forbidden, under penalty of prosecution.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2988\" data-end=\"3019\">8 &#8211; Using the content<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3231\">The educational content is reserved for <strong data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3091\">strictly personal use<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3092\" data-end=\"3095\">Any attempt to resell, publicly share or commercially exploit the content, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3274\">9 &#8211; Customer testimonials and reviews<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3275\" data-end=\"3486\">Formadent reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"3308\" data-end=\"3353\">reuse any customer testimonial or opinion<\/strong>, published or voluntarily transmitted, for communication or marketing purposes, in compliance with image and privacy rights.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3517\">10 &#8211; Liability<\/h2><p class=\"\" data-start=\"3518\" data-end=\"3732\">Formadent does not guarantee any quantified results or commercial success.<br data-start=\"3584\" data-end=\"3587\">Training courses do not replace a diploma or a medical procedure.<br data-start=\"3650\" data-end=\"3653\">The user is solely responsible for the use of the knowledge acquired.<\/p><h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"3739\" data-end=\"3769\">11 &#8211;
